Big changes and decisions are never easy and running was seriously the most amazing coping strategy for me this summer and fall. I know that whatever you end up deciding, it's all going to work out, honestly and truly. I hope the next person is equally great!

Sounds like you are really working through things, both physically and emotionally. The regular workouts are so good for you, as you know! I am trying to make sure I fit them in as well as they keep me same in the midst of the chaos I am going through...Lisa from Lisa's Yarnshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05335500882510597919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048836619973664746.post-21414205758676678932013-01-15T14:28:04.032-08:002013-01-15T14:28:04.032-08:00No apologies--in fact, share more! I need all the food/meal suggestions I can get, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14534188581599809339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048836619973664746.post-69742143963172544492013-01-15T11:49:11.465-08:002013-01-15T11:49:11.465-08:00What a lot you have going on in your life at the m...What a lot you have going on in your life at the moment.
With regard to the first part of your post about health (not that I am a nutritionist but I have a degree in food science an interest in food and health and read a lot of nutrition books) I just wanted to say that 100g of protein seems an awful lot for someone of your build. I agree with you about supplements too, the best way must surely be to get our needs met by a healthy diet though I do take vitamin B12 because I eat mostly vegan and some vitamin D3 during dark winter months. I find plant based and whole grains works best for me but everybody is different - go with what feels right for you though - it would be a shame to lose the pleasure of good food because of trying to meet targets for nutrients.
Sorry about the long comment - I do get a bit carried away talking about healthy eating!

willowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05818659940895641160noreply@blogger.com
