As much as I'm excited about this new fb group, I also know that several of us are competitive by nature and I hope that it remains healthy and not too much....Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14534188581599809339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048836619973664746.post-46248338427254991942013-11-02T22:42:16.489-07:002013-11-02T22:42:16.489-07:00Awesome, lady! Sounds like some great goals for the month :)Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14534188581599809339noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048836619973664746.post-1158315572875385022013-11-02T05:27:46.477-07:002013-11-02T05:27:46.477-07:00I think it is so important that you are recognizin...I think it is so important that you are recognizing what is best for your body- and I'm very impressed that you are taking a step back. It CAN be dangerous to overwork and overstress your body- there is being physically active and then there is too much. I'm always trying to find the balance of being healthy and having a routine that is sustainable over the long term.

That and sleep is SO important- so my thoughts are exactly yours in a previous paragraph- sure I think you could do a marathon- but is it worth it?Eco Yoginihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10693080137196812405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048836619973664746.post-45970947458281124232013-11-02T04:31:58.200-07:002013-11-02T04:31:58.200-07:00I most definitely am not a work out every day kind...I most definitely am not a work out every day kind of person. Even when I was training for a marathon, I still took 2 full rest days off as my body seemed to do better when I gave it a break like that. I still ran great times (for me) so it worked for me. Now i am not training for anything but my goal is to workout 4-5 times a week. This week I will do 3 spin classes and 2 elliptical sessions so I feel good about that! I hope November is a great month for you!Lisa from Lisa's Yarnshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05335500882510597919noreply@blogger.com
